1 ST CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED VIRTUAL PROPERTY SHOW
Being a pioneer of mega property expo in the state, this year CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED have narrated the new concept during the Covid-19 by introducing its 1st Virtual Property Show and adopted a new marketing avenue of digital marketing to boost the trend of online property transactions in the city. Event was organized during the Navratri Festival. (17-25th October, 2020) and looking at the overwhelming response of property seekers, it was extended for one week more. Members of Organization have showcased a wide range of 200+ Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Plotting etc. projects.
The Event was virtually Inaugurated by Shri Vijaybhai Rupani Saheb, Hon. Chief Minister of Gujarat State. In his welcome address appreciate the vision of Team CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED for providing one roof destination to all types of property buyers and also developers to launch their project at one of the most trustworthy platforms. In context to resolve the hitches and boost the growth of the real Estate Sector, many new proclamations were made on the policy matter for the enhancement of transparent and people-oriented systems.
Shri Kaushikbhai Patel, Hon. The Revenue Minister elaborated the matter related to the Revenue Department and invited the suggestions to introduce more reforms and gear up the development.
Shri Ajay Patel, President explained the benefits of Digital marketing, Market scenario, Availability of Tax Regime & Subsidy for the Affordable Housing units, Lowest Interest rate on Housing loan, Availability of Easy Finance etc.
