A meeting was held today with the Municipal Commissioner Shri Banchha Nidhi Pani and TDO & CCP Shri Rameshbhai Desai to discuss various pending issues. The key matters discussed included:
- Clarity in the interpretation of the new Criteria for Earthquake Resistant Design of Structures 2025, and its implementation.
- SOP for incentives under the Green Building Policy
- Removal of dual fees under Fire charges.
- Improve the provisions for Tall building peer review system.
- Revision of the norms for the fee structure for minor internal changes during BU.
We are pleased to inform you that we received a very positive response from the authority.
Our suggestions were well received, and the Commissioner has assured supportive action towards resolving the issues at the earliest.
