CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED won the Runner-Up Award for Excellence in
CSR
We are delighted to share that CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED has won the Runner-Up Award for Excellence in CSR, recognised by CRISIL at the CREDAI Awards for Real Estate Excellence 2025. This recognition reflects the collective efforts and wholehearted support of all our members, united in their commitment to giving back to society.
Our CSR Impact Includes:
- CREDAI Garden – People’s Park
- Plantation of 15,000+ saplings across 400+ locations
- Mass plantation at Urban Forest (NASMED)
- Sabarmati Cleaning Maha Abhiyan
- Upgradation of 100+ Government Schools and support to 150+ Anganwadis
- Donation of a hospital setup for 25 beds, including an oxygen plant and other medical equipment
- Medical support to the construction workforce and blood donation drives
- Skill training, voting awareness and health programmes
- Water conservation and environmental protection initiatives
- Development of civic sense among school students and city beautification activities
- Awareness programmes for developers and their workforce, etc.
