A meeting was held with Shri M. Thennarasan, IAS, Principal Secretary (UDD), and Shri Prakashbhai Datta, OSD, in the presence of Shri Shekharbhai Patel, President CREDAI National, Shri Ashishbhai Patel, Vice President, CREDAI national, Shri Tejasbhai Joshi, President, CREDAI Gujarat and Shri Aalapbhai Patel, President, CREDAI Ahmedabad & other members of Team CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED.
Key issues discussed:
Alignment of FSI area with RERA carpet area
Rationalization of FSI charges (slab-wise: EWS/MIG/HIG)
Online approvals (ODPS) for buildings up to 70m and simplification of structural processes
Faster implementation of TP schemes and approval of DP plans
Necessary amendments in CGDCR regulations etc. we have also submitted detailed representation regarding new municipalities and received a positive response.
We are hopeful for favorable outcomes in the near future.
